Step One Open up your picture. Go to Adjust > Color Balance and have your settings match mine:
Step Two Go to Adjust > Brightness/Contrast and have your settings match mine:
Step Three Go to Adjust > More Shadows.
Step Four Go to Filter > Visual Effect > Gaussian Blur and set it to 4 pixels.
Step Five Go to Edit > Fade Gaussian Blur until 50% opacity.
